Canberra Vintage Computer Exhibition 2025 is just around the corner, and now’s the time to get involved! 

As outlined in our planning meetings, registration is required this year for everyone participating — exhibitors, presenters, and helpers. This helps us plan effectively and meet our insurance obligations. 

We’re operating under ACMS public liability insurance, allowing us to run a safe and professional event.
To comply, all exhibitors must also be current ACMS members.
Presenters and helpers only need to register — ACMS membership is not required for those roles. 

🚀 How to Register:
We’ve set up a simple registration system: 

1. Fill out the registration form – HERE – (you’ll get a confirmation email). 

1. Your form will be manually processed, and an account will be created for you. 

1. You’ll receive login details to update or correct your information. 

🛠️ The site is basic for now, but helps us stay compliant, plan the layout, and may support ticketing for any second-day activities. 

 We’re still looking for volunteers for other key roles to help the event run smoothly. If you’re interested in lending a hand, please attend the next planning meeting or ask in the group for details.
